CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL APPRAISER

Gregg Valentine is a Certified Residential appraiser with over 15 years’ experience in the appraisal industry. Gregg specializes in single family residential, multi-family residential, rural properties, and manufactured homes. Gregg is also a Lieutenant with the Abilene Fire Department with over 18 years of service. In his free time, Gregg enjoys spending time with his wife and children, doing all things sports and fitness related, and watching sports and good movies.

Chuck Galco

APPRAISER TRAINEE / HOME MEASUREMENT SPECIALIST

Chuck is a TALCB authorized Appraiser Trainee, as well as a certified Home Measurement Specialist. Chuck retired from the Abilene Fire Department with over 26 years of service, having specialized in Hazardous Materials and Incident Management fields. He is also a military veteran of both the United States Air Force and Naval Reserve.

Balin Valentine

EXECUTIVE APPRAISER ASSISTANT

Balin is currently the lead appraiser assistant. He is responsible for gathering data, and data entry. Balin is native to Abilene, TX, and graduated from Wylie High School in 2021. Balin is current attending college at Brookhaven in Dallas where he competes as a student athlete.
